In the upper right corner of the Yast screen, where the individual packages are listed, scroll to the far right -- there is a "source" column, where you can choose any source rpms that you want to install.
Thanks Darryl... I hate to be dense, I did find the source column in Yast, but the column is empty. Must I change my my install source to the download repository, or are the sources bundled somehow on my DVD/CDs? Traditionally, sources are always shipped with the binaries... that is what I always expect from a boxed set... that's one of the reasons I am willing to pay for the boxed set... Sorry, I assumed you had put one of the online installation repositories in as an installation source. If you add e.g. http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source/ then you will have access to the sources. You'll also want to add http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source-java/
If you want to use a mirror, there is a complete list of them at http://en.opensuse.org/Mirrors_Released_Version
