PIDFile=/run/privoxy.pid
ExecStart=/usr/sbin/privoxy --chroot --pidfile /run/privoxy.pid --user privoxy /etc/config

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

..............

  [ i think i must be getting spots-before-the-eyes]

  after executing :
systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl start privoxy.service

  - still . . . i am getting : "Job for privoxy.service failed"

   [ think i better take our doggie for a walk!]
