[opensuse] HTTP Cache Cleaner?

HI all, Once in a while a program starts called "HTTP Cache Cleaner". I have no idea what it is and I've not figured out a way to stop it. All I can do is reboot and then it stops. Can someone tell me what it is and how to stop it?
