System settings of KDE Desktop Behaviour Sub-menu "Side of the screen" Here you see a representation of a screen with dots. You hover over one of the dots, default to "present all open windows" should be upper left angle. For doing your settings you click on the respective dot and you can define an action.
Cheers.
P.S. To see this effect right away to with the pointer in the high left angle. That should present your open windows.
