You need to create the directory (mount point). Since you mentioned you had several disks to do this to, you might want to make a structure /windows/disk1, /windows/disk2, etc, and change your mount point in fstab to (for example) /dev/hdh1 /windows/disk1 ntfs ro,user,exec,noauto 0 0, and so on for the other disks.
