Where can I find a qemu-kvm-ev build for openSUSE? The background is, that I am affected by the RedHat bug "Bug 1690641 - High Host CPU load for Windows 10 Guests (Update 1803) when idle [qemu-kvm]" and they closed the bug as WONTFIX with the comment "For me this is fixed in the EV variant of the software.". See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1690641 https://centosfaq.org/centos-virt/differences-between-qemu-kvm-and-qemu-kvm-... I already tried several work-arounds e.g. with timers configuration, but Windows 10 still needs much CPU time and booting is unreliable.
