Mu SuSE 5.3 system is not networked at all, but I do use Netscape with the SuSE help system. When I try to read man pages I get an error that says, in effect, "localhost6711" is busy. I found a note to the effect that one should disable proxies (I didn't think I had them enabled) by changing "options" - "network preferences" - "proxies" - .....
But I can find no "option" button in the Netscape window.
This is driving me nuts. I've tried the docs, the Netscape help, etc.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
TIA
