communicator-v451-export.x86-unknown-linux2.0.tar.gz pukes under SuSE 6.0 as it's a libc version. Is it possible to use it under 6.0 ? -Dee Hi guys,
yes, I got it to compile & run on SuSE 6.0, with Kernel 2.2.3. Tiz ok!
compile and run? Dee is talking about a binary file I think-- unless I'm just out of it ( and it wouldn't be the first time )
Now, I wanna try my luck with the new Mozilla M3 release-anyone tried that & how did it go?
Good luck. Mozilla-- it's been a while-- is not something I associate with stability, and it's been a while since I built one, so that might have changed. Share your evaluation if you do decide to take the time to slap it together. I always viewed it as mostly useful to developers -- ( or curious people with too much free time). I don't belong to either group at this stage. _____________________________________________________________________________ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- M i c h a e l J o h n s o n - e r o s @ a n d u i n . e l d a r . o r g P o w e r e d by L I N U X : K E R N E L 2 . 2 . 1 Please support Free Software and Open Source !! ____________________________________________________________________________ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A</A>> and the archive at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html"><A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A</A>>
