Does anyone know how stable the HFS+ is in SUSE 9.3.
Don't know how stable it is in general, but for me it works fine enough. I formated an external disk in USB/Firewire enclosure in Panther and then accessed it both for reading and writing from 9.3 system. No problems so far.
-Kastus Thanks.
My project does not start for a couple of weeks, but this looks like a useful way to access the drive without having to use a Mac. Also, I notice that mount only has an option for HFS. Does it automatically figure out if it is HFS or HFS+? Thanks again Greg
