How do I get 32bit color in 7.3? Yast2 will let me have 16bit only and Sax2 gives me a choice of 8,16 or 24bit.

32 bit color depth must be supported by the driver. The following is from the document "NVIDIA Accelerated Linux Driver Set README & Installation Guide" which is available on http://www.nvidia.com/ (http://205.158.109.140/XFree86_40/1.0-2313/README.txt): : Depth is how many bits of data are stored per pixel. Supported : depths are 8, 15, 16, and 24. I suggest you contact people involved in the driver development. If the driver supports 32 bit depth then at least the README should be updated. -- Alexandr.Malusek@imv.liu.se
