Hi Michael, I assume that you use the T-Online connection... Check following : - Is the network card that is hooked to the DSL modem configured, as proposed in the SuSE support database ? - a dummy ip adress (for example 192.168.1.1), a net maskmask (matching the previous 255.255.255.0), no default router/gateway (empty !!). DHCP doesn't help here. - Is the previous network card the one configured for use with pppoed ? check /etc/pppoed.conf Pascal ....

You configured your device to use a dchp assigned adress. If this is the Interface were the DSL modem is connected, assign a fix adress, **without default router/gateway**.
