By lack of experience, I did not manage to use zypper.
But your answer brought me to the idea to download and install yast2-nfs-server. So, since yast and yast2 now contain "NFS Server" under "Network services", it was no problem any more to make the NFS Server run.
You made me think. YaST could add a feature to add missing modules in grey or on another section, and clicking on them would install the new module.
