Anyone know what is RAMDAC,
It's a part of the video card. The faster it is, the better your screen will look at high frequency/resolution. This information is almost entirely autodetected these days, and you don't *need* to know more than that (consequently, that's all I know :).
what is DDC ?
I'm not sure. Many things are called DDC. What is the context?
And which is better ? SiS 620 AGP onboard (share memory) Memclock 100 ramdac 230
SiS 6326 PCI 4 Mega Memclock 89 ramdac 175
They both suck, and that's mostly because they're built on the same core. The 620 looks like it would be better, but I refuse to endorse any SiS product for any reason. Get a real video card, like an ATi or nVidia.
I use X 4.0..!
I wouldn't recommend that, either, but as they say, `It's your funeral'. -- -=|JP|=- "Why, oh, why didn't I take the blue pill?"
