[opensuse] OpenOffice/Konqueror problem under OpenSuSE 11.1

Hello listmates, We use OpenOffice presentations which sometimes invoke external resources. Under OpenSuSE 10.3/KDE 3 the multimedia files would simply get open in whatever application is specified in the Konqueror as default, and executables such as scripts would simply be executed. Now under OpenSuSE 11.1/KDE4/OpenOffice 3 what I get is that the multimedia files (at least .mov) get open in Konqueror (as opposed to Mplayer specified as default) and scirpts would get open in atext editor as opposed to being directly invoked as executables.
