I have a Diamond Supra 2750 external all it needs is power and a com port therefore Linux will not likely be a problem. Only one problem is the wall wart which is about 1x1x2 so be sure you have room. Second problem you must print the manual yourself although it included a quick setup guide. Well. It's been about 4 years since I've needed a modem..but a good rule of thumb back then was always to get an external modem. They are hardware modems 100% of the time and I never had any issue getting them to work under Linux. They just don't require as much bloody, sweat and tears as other modems. :) -- Ben Rosenberg ---===---===---===--- mailto:ben@whack.org Tell me what you believe.. I'll tell you what you should see.
