[opensuse] Experience with M.2 SSD Drives?

Hi Folks, I've been considering the Plextor M6e 256GB M.2 x2 SSD w/ PCI-E x4 adapter for a new desktop. I'd use this for the system disk, leaving a number of other spinning-rust disks for home-directories/backups/whatnot. Does anyone have any experience with M.2 drives? Are they bootable with openSUSE, assuming that the mobo and bios support it?
