Hi, you are right, but you could use: https://build.opensuse.org/search try vice it's very fast and will show a short list :-))))) (i got this tip from somebody here on the list some month before, when the search engine was mainly unresponsive) simoN Am 11.12.18 um 21:43 schrieb Istvan Gabor:
Hello
Progress hit this one too: software.opensuse.org/
It was quite useful once.
Now it is useless.
- doesn't find programs in repos (eg ike in security repo http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security/ openSUSE_Leap_42.3/x86_64/ike-2.2.1-3.1.x86_64.rpm)
- The name of the package is not indicated
- the result list's space is taken by big green rectangles
- the result list order is arbitrary
Due to the last two above it is very difficult to find a specific package, requires a lot of scrolling.
Just give a try, eg vice (the C64 emulator) package. How do you locate it in the result list?
