where can I find this package

I'm in need of gnome-themes-extras package to install ulb-gnome. The problem is is that it doesn't appear to be on the CD's. gnome-themes is but not "-extras" any ideas, and is something like this available via apt-get. If so how would I ask for it.. "apt-get install gnome-themes-extras"? Thanks..
