Hi,
I'm getting a fuzzy display in my 10.2 system (both a new install and an upgraded one (different partitions)). The edges of letters on part of the display become blurry, provoking headache because my eyes tries to adjust to what seems like unfocused letters.
First, if its a TFT screen it may have an optimum resolution that you have to work at. My Dell is 1920x1200, anything else is fuzzy. Secondly, switch off anti-aliasing. Some people like the fuzzy font, I dont, I payed good money for crisp clear pixels - for KDE and Gnome there is settings in the control panels to do this - ask again if you have trouble. Note: There is a howto for fonts on the openSUSE site - google for it. Now if I can only get OpenOffice to anti-alias correctly - font renderer is broken IMHO.
