I re-read the thread, and it wasn't entirely clear to me what repo you are actually using. Is it actually:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Release:/45/openSUSE_11.3/

I can send you a full dump of my repositories offline but yes, I have that enabled. I also have http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Extra/openSUSE_11.3_KDE_Relea... but it isn't enabled -- It is bad luck to be superstitious. - Andrew W.
