No need.
It is clearly written in the summary screen. I always read it carefully top to down.
I think that is the installer list I'm talking about where you get a list of about 8-12 services with the little "enabled" or "disabled" next to them.
No, there is a 3 or 4 line paragraph, that says firewall enabled|disabled, ssh enabled|disabled, and something else I don't remember. It is a simple click to change.
sshd is in that list, but unless you "always read it carefully" thinking about ssh after startup -- nothing really calls attention to the fact you will have no ssh unless you change it.
You and I are used to it having run Yast for more than 20 years, other folks, even those that have installed with Yast before may (and do) miss that in the list (summary or whatever it is called)
I also agree the partition summary would be helpful. But since I always have to completely redo the partitioning for ext4 -- I'm always certain of what it is -- but same issue -- for those that don't do a complete new partition scheme, etc.. a summary of what will be done would be nice. Even if you do the partitioning externally, you have to decide what
I read the entire summary screen word by word :-) And some years there is something new in there that is important to read, and if not read, can cause trouble. Yes, as you say I am used to YaST and its idioms :-) partitions to use for what. There is no access to see that information from the summary, you have to backpedal quite a bit to find that information, and then forward again. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
