apparently there were/are two tightvnc packages on the machinem and the older 1.3 reads it is still from opensuse 13.1 (this machine started on 12.something x64), but it also has or had tightvnc 1.4 and that belongs to opensuse 13.2.
so i removed the 1.3 tightvnc and then it applied the xvnc something package normally.
ow maybe i am even confusing stuff right now i see that the packages are tightvnc and tigervnc, still somehow they were conflicting each other or the other third xvnc package or so.
