Hi, I have suse 5.2 installed and was wondering if anyone had managed to install glibc. Is there any upgrade path from 5.2 - 6.0 Also does anyone know if suse 6.0 will support partitions formatted NTFS, I know that the 2.1.3x + kernels support it, and all accounts it's stable. Suse's kernel patches only goto 2.0.9. Has anyone had any trouble compiling the 2.0.36 kernel. I did the make config and went through and sorted out want I wanted but then when it came to compiling it gave and error in the first file, something do with the char * and casting (Sorry i can't remember fully). The only thing I can think of is that egcs1.1b is messing things up( i have this compiled and installed).
