samba 2.2.3a trouble

I upgraded samba from 2.2.1a to 2.2.3a from Karols rpm that he is providing. Ihave to readd all usings then reset the password an it want let me set the password, just errors out. anyone had this problem after upgrading to 2.2.3a. thanks for info. im glad i did not do this on a working production machine 1st. i know better then to do that hehe. jack
