Hi, I got an issue (problem?) on entering run level 1 or 2 while seating on single user mode. What I did was, 1. at the lilo prompt entered "lilo single", then I entered single user mode 2. then enter "init 2" for entering run level 2 what happened was that all virtual terminals were being disabled for 5 minutes (spawning too fast because), and, that just kept on repeating therefore I never got a terminal to work with. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Also, at single user mode all file systems are being mounted readonly, is there any way to make them writable?
