I think that Samba talks NetBIOS over TCP/IP but I'm not sure about NetBEUI.
In fact I don't believe that Linux uses NetBEUI in any way, but some
experiencied Linux user can say it better.

all you need to do is enable and configure the Samba client on the Linux
machine. Samba talks NetBEUI over tcp/ip.

No I don't know why he uses an ancient protocol like NetBEUI... He likes to

things the hard way I guess. Interesting question though.... Anyone have
