Their is a closed source driver for your USB WiFi available on the manufacturer website. I do not see it in openSUSE 13.1 or in OBS currently. http://www.engeniustech.com.sg/node/277 you will need to download and install it. You can open up a Bug Request and ask to have it packaged, it might get packaged as part of Non-OSS if it is possible to package it! I would contact the company and request that they create an open source driver and submit it into the Linux Kernel. You also have an NVIDIA graphics card, are you using the open source driver or are you using the closed source driver? I do not know much about NVIDIA as I stay with Intel Graphics "Open Source Drivers in Mesa!" you can make a post on the openSUSE forum under Hardware to get suggestions regarding this. Also in the output from lsusb the WiFi device is not listed, after you install the driver you may have to unplug it and then plug it back in. Are you just now migrating this from Windows XP due to the End of Support for Windows XP?
