[opensuse][BUG]Install OpenSUSE 13.1 can't used mini display port

my laptop is thinkpad x230 ,integrated graphics (intel hd4000) install the opensuse 13.1 can't switch to the mini display port output my mirrors search google i found some of the same issue for me https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1222734 i test debian 7.6 and linux kernel 3.2 my mini display port working but update 3.12 & 3.14 is not work for the linux kernel i do not know , please give some advice for me !
