How do I continue to let beagle index my /home directory, but not websites out on the web.
The easiest for you might be to disable the beagle add-on in firefox (Tools-AddOns, Beagle Indexer disable).
Easily done. If you're part of the dev team, it would be nice to have the beagle config page at least have a footnote about firefox.
Just have a look at the "foot" of the firefox window: there is a small dog there. Just right click on it >;-) - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
