Hello Masaru Nomiya, No "official release" of checkinstall for openSUSE 13.2 exists. 1.6.2 packages appear to be available for Tumbleweed and openSUSE 13.1, but not for 13.2, the distribution that you're running. I agree with David Rankin that checkinstall is very old and that this may be why it's not provided for 13.2. hth & good luck!
