Kernel Problem in 7.1

Hi, I have just upgraded to 7.1. The problem I have is that the kernel I appear to be running is 2.4.0-GB . The problem is that I'm trying to reconfigure my copy of vmware. It complains that the c library headers don't exist for the kernel I'm running. When I go to /usr/src the linux link points to 2.4.0-SuSE and there is basically mothing in the 2.4.0-GB directory. Does anyone know whats going on, as the modules are also for 2.4.0-GB.
