Yeah, seems to work fine for me. I don't do anything special either. I just run the CVS command from Ben Meyer's site and then do the make. It compiles pretty cleanly. I just have the QT and KDE directories specified in my .zshrc and it works. * JW (jw@centraltexasit.com) [020326 15:20]: ->Over the past 2 months I've tried to compile Kinkatta from CVS more times then I can count, on 7.2 and 7.3, in KDE2/QT2 and KDE3/QT3. -> ->it never works. -> ->I get different errors almost each time I try it. -> ->Most recent error (on KDE2, SuSE 7.3) is: -> ->g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I/opt/kde2/include -I/usr/lib/qt2//include -I/usr/X11R6/include -Iplugins/ -Iplugins/base/ -ImainWindow/ -Ioptions/ -Iaim/ -Inetwork/ -Ichatroom/ -Ichat/ -static -Wall -DDATADIR=\"/opt/kde2/share/apps/kinkatta\" -D_REENTRANT -O2 -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new -DQT_CLEAN_NAMESPACE -DQT_NO_ASCII_CAST -c info.cpp ->info.cpp:11: kapplication.h: No such file or directory -> ->that is during make. -> ->Anyone have better success than I? -=Ben --=====-----=====-- mailto:ben@whack.org --=====-- "I've never been quarantined.
