SMTP is for sending, which looks to be working in your case.
we need to know what are you using to šreceiveš.
POP3?? IMAP??
Have you got this email configured in Windows??

You have to include some more information: what kind of mail account (pop, IMAP?), how did you configure it and what program are you using to fetch it???
