When I click to update from any of the ftp sites (default setting), it's connected then the progress bar shows 10% and jumps to 100%. Nothing's downloaded. Then it disconnects to the server.

Is it set to Manual or Automatic update? If it is manual, then you have to press "Next" to actually download. HTH Jon
