Merci! I've been launching it with the same icon on my desktop that I've always used. If I launch it from the KDE menu, it gets me 2.0.0.13, which is the last version I actually INTENDED to install. Apparently all I need to do is replace that desktop icon with another one from the menu.
I'm not sure what the difference is, but your suggestion worked on the desktop where I tried it. It *didn't* work on my laptop, where I do most of my browsing. I used YaST to remove Firefox, then went to the openSuSE WIKI (using Konqueror), and installed 2.0.0.13 with one-click from there. When I went to my applications->internet-web browser menu and clicked on the Firefox icon there, beta 5 launched again. I don't know how it can do that, if it's been removed and 2.0.0.13 installed in its place. This is the beta software that won't go away! -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
