You don't (I don't even think it's possible...is ethernet 8-bit clean?). Well, I'm checking out the kermit man, and it says to 'SET NETWORK <network-type>' and to 'SET HOST <host-name-or-address>'.
So I 'SET NETWORK TCP/IP' (and that goes in peacefully) and 'SET HOST sdf.lonestar.org' and I get DNS Lookup... Trying 207.202.214.132... Reverse DNS Lookup... (OK) sdf.lonestar.org connected on port telnet But the kermits still ain't speakin' when I try send <file>/receive on each end. Hmm...
