[opensuse] Applying desktop settings across the board

I've spent the last week and a half tinkering around and getting my setup just right (in Gnome). Chosen the preferred desktop theme, font sizes, panel placements, chosen applets, customized gnome-terminal settings, etc, etc, etc.... Is there a way to mirror this across my system?
