Hi all, This a new Asus laptop with Leap and KDE, kernel 4.1.15. Networking is a pain, and I do not how to begin to fix it, please help. I use network manager. Wired connection very rarely - like now - is up just after booting. Most of the time first it says it is deactivated, then after several attempts it connects. Many times connection is lost after a not too long time, and can be established again only after rebooting. Wireless: unfortunately this kernel does not support (yet) the wireless chip this machine has (Intel Dualband AC 7265). So I use a TP-LINK TL-WN721N USB dongle which is in fact has Atheros inside. Many times I can click only the airplane mode, the wifi not. But when I finally succeed (and reboot several times), the connection is stable. It looks like/ I feel there is some conflict between things I do not know. All hints are welcome.
