Ghost like program for SuSE?

My SuSE 9.0 64bit just arrived in the mail and I'm excited about installing it, but figured a full backup of my drive is in order. Are there any applications like Ghost for SuSE? Would I be able to use the SuSE 9.0 eval CD to image my hard drive to an external source, like a second hard drive in a USB or Firewire device? I'm not sure if I'm ready to start trying to use "dd" on a production machine, there are too many things that could go horribly wrong. ;) Thanks for the advice!
