devpts is also handled by systemd, does not need to be listed in fstab, as systemd itself requires many of these to work it mounts them very early at startup.
I have a recently installed 12.3, from scratch. It contains this in fstab: proc /proc proc defaults 0 0 sysfs /sys sysfs noauto 0 0 debugfs /sys/kernel/debug debugfs noauto 0 0 usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs noauto 0 0 devpts /dev/pts devpts mode=0620,gid=5 0 0 Those entries are made by the yast installer. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
