Firefox & M$

Hello everyone: Not sure if I'm on the right list for this question but here goes. As you may know Firefox has a number of neat features including: CTRL + wheel mouse to enlarge text, and SHIFT + wheel mouse to move from page to page I remember seeing a posting that stated these features were disabled when Firefox was running under M$. I also remember another post that included a 'fix' for this problem. And that's what I'm looking for, the fix so my friend can enjoy these Firefox features under M$. Any help greatly appreciated.
