Using different userid with fish

The Konqueror browser supports "fish", which can be use to browse remote computers. While it works well, I'd like to be able to set up a URL, with a different userid, than my own. I've tried adding userid@ to the front of the URL, as is done with ssh, but it doesn't work. Any ideas about how I could do this? tnx jk
