Not especially surprising when you are looking at the US support page... If you start at http://www.suse.com and use the "select your country" button at the top right on that page (select "Europe (English)"), you'll get redirected to http://www.suse.com/en. Due to all the cut'n'past'n you probably missed the original question:
I have requested installation support 2 weeks ago but I haven't yet received any response (besides the automated bot messages). Also questions on the current status remain unanswered.
Someone circumvented this by calling in. Aparantly it was a local call for him. But I explained that I don't really want to make expensive abroad phone calls from .nl to .usa or .de. So I am not calling US office at all. You must have misinterpreted the posting snippets.
Anyway, maybe you can tell me if SuSE support is still alive? It seems *very* quit over there.
