From working with Redhat Linux at work, I was able to work with Network Scripts directly in the following directory:
/etc/sysconfig/networkscripts/
However, since I purchased SuSE Linux, I am not able to find this directory or any of the configuration scripts. Where might I find this in Linux?
The init scripts unter /sbin/init.d all source the main configuration file /etc/rc.config. It also contains the network specific settings. For an explanation of the S.u.S.E. boot-concept, see "man init.d" Best regards, LenZ ------------------------------------------------------------------ Lenz Grimmer S.u.S.E.
