Hi, i've read that some ISPs across the world do reduce traffic or otherwise do reduce operability of computers using some P2P "classical" ports, at the connection level. (say, 4661, 4662 TCP and 4672 UDP for eMule) So, P2P traffic is reduced, their goal, and can be great where these ISP have these policies and people don't change those ports. So a "workaround" might be, if having such an ISP, to use other port(s) that are not P2P "classical ones". For Azureus, that might be a random Azureus chosen port (above those 1024 reserved ports, if i'm right). If not, you can still try to chose a port between 1024-65535. I say all this for us not having ISPs spoiling down the hot 10.2 release, among other things :-) Just check if yours do that.
