How do I set glib in PREFIX?

      Hi gang,

  I tried to build the source rpm of dillo (Patrick's version also), but I 
keep getting this error:

checking for glib-config... no
checking for GLIB - version >= 1.2.0... no
*** The glib-config script installed by GLIB could not be found
*** If GLIB was installed in PREFIX, make sure PREFIX/bin is in
*** your path, or set the GLIB_CONFIG environment variable to the
*** full path to glib-config.

  I can't seem to figure out 'how' to do what it's wanting me to do. I'm using 
9.3 and I know that glib is newer than 1.2.0.
