Hello,
I'm just curious. Is it possible to make a patch cd from the downloaded patches from YOU so that I can install them on another computer? What is to be done with the delta patches?

Yes, you have to create the directory structure for it with the files under their respective directories, the same as they are laid out on the site, e.g barrabas:/ftp/jan05 # l -R /ISO/i386/update/9.1/ <SNIP>
Just for interest's sake, would it not be possible to burn the CD according to the dir structure in var/xxx/xxx and then mount the CD/DVD to appear in that dir so that YOU believes the patches/updates are already d/l and just awaiting installation? -- ..."Yogi" CH Namasté Yoga Studio
