[opensuse] bash debugger

I recently ran into a lot of problems with my use of tcsh and was encouraged to learn bash. I find that there is a bash debugger http://bashdb.sourceforge.net/ I have always found using a debugger useful in learning a language in that you can easily determine what happens during each step. I do not find this listed in the available packages when I do a search under software manager. Is there a reason it is not included, or is it a repository that I have not discovered?
