I just recently installed SuSE 6.0 and I am impressed. I was mainly impressed because it finally got my damn ADSL line working. It use DHCP for ip assignment. Now, the problem I am having is, I boot up, it grabs a ip like it should, does the routing, and bang were off to the races. In 2-3 hours it goes to renew the lease, but dies, with error it can't find a DHCP server and closes the interface. The only way I can get it to renew/reget an ip is to reboot. Sometimes can fight with it and bring it up manually. But who wants to reboot/fight with your machine every 3 hours just so I can stay on the net. Does anyone have any ideas?
