I think, this is your issue, you are running a factory package from multimedia:apps.......
Have you treid the ones from the OSS Repo? It is working here without errors: zypper se -s rosegarden Repository-Daten werden geladen... Installierte Pakete werden gelesen...

I normally I go with the version package and upgrade with Yast, same as for all other packages. But if I run into problems then I might try to install another version.
